We all carry countless untold stories within us. The past drives the present and the weight of those stories can sometimes strain our relationships and our bodies, hinder growth and obscure our most authentic and divine selves.
There is power in our voices, and we deserve spaces where we can learn to feel safe expressing our pain, our hopes and our truth. I consider it my life's work to help create sacred spaces for those seeking ways to let go of the weight of their trauma and/or simply learn how to live life well and more authentically. Trust fostered in therapeutic relationships can open doors for increased self-awareness and self-love, inviting you to create healthier beliefs about yourself, your relationships, your life, your choices and your potential.
First and foremost, I am here to listen. I offer guidance through the wealth of expertise I've gained professionally and through my own personal trauma, but, as you are the final expert on yourself, I invite you to define the path of your therapy. I trust the unique healing process of each individual and I look forward to learning about yours!
I work with females and their families only, as that is where my passion lies. My primary areas of focus include, but are not limited to, trauma, adoption, depression, life-coaching, depression, anxiety, interpersonal skills and relationships, parent coaching, divorce, life transitions, adolescent concerns and blended families. I utilize various therapeutic modalities when working with clients including, but not limited to, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT). I offer online therapy sessions, including EMDR, if you are a WA State resident.
